Dear Journalists.
If you write an article about "smoking e-cigarettes", you are using language that is inaccurate and confusing to people who deserve honest information about the health benefits of switching from cigarettes to non-combustible nicotine products. OK? OK then.

Trader Joe's Exec1: we'll sell lots of really good stuff at good prices

Exec2: that doesn't sound at all evil. We're a big company, we're supposed to be evil

Founder1: we are going to have the most inadequate, cramped, badly designed parking lots in the fucking world

Founder2: ok that works

Hardly any stores left in Portland
Trump: "Portland, I mean -- every time I look at that place it's burning down. There are fires all over the place. When a store -- there are very few of them left -- but when a store owner rebuilds a store they build it out of plywood. They don't put up storefronts anymore. They just put wood up."

Ah, yes. It's a crisp, sub 60° morning here in the deep South.

No candy corn, please.

I’m a big fan of honesty here. Try one of these replies!

“Wow, that was a rude thing to say.”

“Whoopsie! Did you mean to say that out loud?”

“You remind me of Andy from The Office.”

“Lower your voice to match your height.”

“Apologize before I leave this job like your dad left you.”

Next up: "Please remember I wrote about NASA on a post-it note exactly one year ago, one year before the Challenger blew up. And I said, "You've got to watch that Space Shuttle. It's gonna explode!"

Donny, please. You do not, in fact, have to take any credit.
Trump: "Please remember I wrote Osama bin Laden exactly one year ago, one year before he blew up the World Trade Center. And I said, 'You gotta watch Osama bin Laden!' ... I gotta take a little credit."

A conservative family member told me this article would have been better if it had stuck to coffee, completely oblivious that this is a genuine threat against the place I call home. If you live in a red state suburb you can comfortably pretend none of it is real.

There should be a seventh season of "Peaky Blinders" where everyone still thinks Tommy Shelby is dead and Winston Churchill sends him on secret missions that shape the outcomes of crucial Allied victories during WWII.

I'd settle for a two-part limited series as long as it didn't suck.
