Got my first workout in two months after a pretty bad stretch of illness (flu turned bronchitis turned pneumonia that took multiple rounds of meds to clear.) Feels good to breathe normally again.

Yeah, agree on this - I think there's a huge difference between 1-2 dance songs as transition (love Danny Go!) vs. an hour or two on the couch watching without parental supervision.

We have zero screen time days, and most days we land under 30 min a day, but a YouTube video or two per day feels very standard.

This doesn't surprise me at all.

We're a relatively low screen time family, considering, and my kids watch YouTube almost every day. We'll do a Danny Go dance video or two (especially on rainy days), or Sesame Street for a little bit so we can cook dinner.

(My kids are 3 and 4.5)
