There's online name generators you could use if you feel stuck or dunno where to start. I've gone thru several drafts of my place names cuz I wanted a more linguistically-grounded basis for the cultures my world borrows from. Opens up new possibilities paired w/ a translation dictionary!

Earplugs/Bluetooth earbuds are an essential carry to preempt or abate excessive noise or overstimulating environments with my autism. Get a reliable white noise track (or app, granted it doesn't assault your peace-of-mind with monetization.)

I cannot profess to know what you're going thru (maybe besides the hellscape we're all stuck in.) I can only offer to listen if you need it.
Its evident we're living thru a slow motion socioeconomic crash. I reduce my despair by remembering I can choose to do things to become more resilient.
