The idea that supremacist ideology is somehow Christian is a masterpiece of propaganda; a true “up is down” moment. It’s being used as a stand in for defending patriarchy and racism.

Their “concern” for the family only extends that far.

Right, on one side is this egalitarian ideal of everyone deserving equal respect and dignity and on the other side a bunch of apologists that say it’s totally cool to exploit or rape, kill and abuse people because they deserve it.

It’s utterly unsurprising that the parties whose guiding principles are “some people deserve to rule over others” have problems with abusers and harassment.

They "disappeared" my hair, and then had something floating on top of my head that looked like a floating crown, but an extremely small one. Really weird! I never liked taking pictures from underneath angles, but this is a super bad picture, and deserves to be called out. What are they doing, and why?

the actual story here, which the media never talks about, is that police in this country have become a discrete right-wing political operation. the story isn't about cops leaving (they're lying about that), it's about the police trying to exert influence over elections.
