It’s not. It’s racism.
Come on Supreme Court, show us that you can, at least, get this one right. This shouldn’t even be a debate.

Donald Trump could rewrite the Constitution and end birthright citizenship in the middle of Fifth Avenue and note lose a single conservative Supreme Court Justice.

FYI: Precedents.

It's an easy mistake to make. If we know the word from hearing it, rather than reading it, so we spell it in a familiar way.

I'm a big reader, so I sometimes mispronounce words which I've never heard spoken. My bloopers include awry, exquisite and melancholy.

It’s been illegitimate since they allowed a ban of just one religion.
If this corrupt Supreme Court decides to ignore the actual plain language of the Constitution, then we no longer have a legitimate Supreme Court, and the justices who vote to ignore the Constitution must be removed and replaced.

This is not optional.

When I taught Civics, I used Supreme Court cases to trace our expansion of rights to demonstrate democratic values.

If I were still teaching Civics today, I would need to place the concepts of 'precedent,' 'stare decisis,' and 'rule of law' in the trash bin.

This SCOTUS is corrupt.

Black women will not support a maga-marrying transphobe who platformed a white supremacist that called Black people stupid.
When Halle Berry is getting up on a stage and correctly dragging your ass like this, probably should slink off the politics stage for good.
"...Newsom has vetoed our menopause bill, not one but two years in a row. But that's OK, because he's not going to be governor forever. And with the way he's overlooked women, half the population, by devaluing us in midlife, he probably should not be our next president either."

Your bio says “pro-woman” & Halle Berry isn’t supporting Newsom because he is vetoing menopause bills, that affect her personally, & all women. She didn’t mention Trump because it wasn’t her job to do so where she was speaking & we haven’t had a primary. Newsom’s not the candidate & I hope he’s not.
