While you may not have five spare hours this week, please go see Kill Bill to affirm both that a) I've been right all along that it's far better in one sitting and b) What should have been an audacious triumph that got Uma Thurman an Oscar was ruined by Harvey being wrong

Update: They're corn pretending to be nuts. But mine were Mexican Street Corn flavored.

So it was corn processed to a mouth feel similar to nuts then artificially flavored to resemble its original form.

So take THAT, RFK

Didn't know the Zebros in Zootopia 2 were CM Punk and Roman Reigns until the credits rolled. Desperately want them to assume those characters for one night in a wrestling ring.

I want to be in the Thanksgiving Day Parade, but have no desire to march or hold a float. I want to drive one of the vehicles that pulls a modestly sized accessory float. Someone tell me how to get this job.

Lock your phone away. Turn out the lights. In fact, you know what: Download to your device and go watch it in the woods. Just watch TRAIN DREAMS.

Listen to the podcast to discover the SHOCKINGLY low score we give GHOSTBUSTERS!

(Spoiler it's like 89/100, I just know that some bicep-clutching ghost bro will be outraged that we didn't hit the high 90s)

Guillermo del Toro's Frankenstein is good. Bordering on very good.

But it was my DECLARED most anticipated movie of the year, and because it might have been an all-timer with some different decisions, it feels like a bit of a let-down.

Still: Watch it!

It may miss the pulpy punch of the 1931 classic, but there’s plenty to admire in this adaptation.

Me: "What's he talking about? They won it in '93."

My Brain: "That's 32 years ago."

Me: " ... both of you can shut up."

I love that Emma and Yorgos are work besties, but I think they both need a break. BUGONIA feels like a movie they were sleepwalking through, so assured that it would work that no one bothered to put in any specific effort. 🎥
