This might be a positive feedback loop because I’m at the point in my life where seeing other people happy makes me happy. (Other things are monster drum solos and heavy riffs not in 4/4, so this conversation is right in my wheelhouse.)
I watch or listen to this several times per week and I do not move on until I hear excitement for the cheese break.
Something so pure about Stu’s “We love you heaps!”
Do you have a link to the report she mentions? I don’t have access to TikTok.

Look, I’m serious about politics. And folks, we have a LOT to talk about with the current state of our country! First and foremost, the man who sings a little song in the middle of big football is brown
I guess this package was a little too heavy for the Amazon delivery person, so they left it at the end of our walkway rather than bringing to the door. And they left a little note. (They even submitted the delivery picture through Amazon with the note showing.)
Mamdani and his team are really good at this. These succeed in showing Mamdani's passion, hope, and his respect for NYC. Most impressive to me is when I see one of these on my feed, I immediately think, "Yes, I can't wait to watch a 2-and-a-half minute video on this platform." That's a triumph.
UNTIL IT’S DONE, Ep. 3: Earl Manigault

When he stepped onto the court, the world watched. No one dunked harder or jumped higher. But the GOAT never made it pro.

There are countless NYC stories like his. Brilliant talents lost to drugs or crime. It doesn’t have to be this way.
I find this bereft of cap.
They have to be very high on the list of bands who are having The Most Fun.
I have definitely watched/listened to this more than 100 times and it doesn’t get old. I’m still hearing new layers. It’s magnificent.
Weird way to tell us you’ve paid for Nickelback paraphernalia.
Not exclusively an old-guy opinion. “Nonagon Infinity” was meant to be played cyclically as each song flows into the next (even the last song back into the first), and they were 26 when they made that. Definitely jarring with the DJ on.
I don't know what to call this emotion I'm feeling, but it's a combination of complete amusement and abject rage at the typos. Bravo! Well done, sir.
If you see a faded buoy at the side of the cove that says "15 knots to the "
OMG, in middle school, my gym teacher HATED me for being fat, and when I failed the Presidential Fitness Test, he failed me in gym, I got kicked out of the Junior Honor Society, and that’s when I started hating Reagan. This is my radicalization story. There are many like it, but this one is mine.
Some shows reach a point where the closeups are even closer and the monologues lengthen, and it's then that I realize they're just trying to stuff the Emmy nomination box. (See also: Stranger Things Season 4.)
I just hope those shows don’t conflict with dates for Burl Ives and Frank Sinatra.
So by being “helpful,” BandsInTown has just thrown out all value the site had for me.

On the upside, should Basil Poledouris ever go on tour to reprise his soundtracks from “Conan The Barbarian” and “Conan The Destroyer,” I’ll be the first to know.
Why 900? No clue. There are easily 2000+ artists in there. I suppose I can be thankful the arbitrary number they chose wasn’t higher.
