List of wealth taxes already introduced by Labour.

The most thoughtful and logic based political leader this side of the galaxy.

If Count Binface is wrong, I don’t think ever wanna be right. ✊

I hereby declare war on premature Christmassing.

Any shop caught doing this before 1st December must be shut down and turned into affordable housing.

Choose sanity. Vote Binface.

Why would anyone vote for this?

Regulating social media with id, facial recognition and forcing users to have their real name and a real profile picture would be a game changer.

Forcing printing media to acknowledge corrections with the same space and attention as misleading articles would also help.

I hope labour do something

This hasn’t been a serious show for nearly 10 years.

It’s better to turn it off and focus efforts elsewhere than promoting and sharing it.

Sad state of affairs, but if we want to change this we as the public must vote with our attention and our wallets.

Or maybe they could try Leveson 2.0 to change the culture of media and recalibrate the ethics of entertainment as news.

Personally I want my politicians to focus on making the changes they said they would make. I don’t want liars rewarded because it generates clicks and sell ads for the media.

Bank of England warns of growing risk of a “sudden correction” in global markets - financial crash.

AI boom will burst.
Share prices inflated
Real economy weak.
Trump creating uncertainties.
Shadow banking unregulated.
Govt deregulating banking.

Waving Chinese flags, singing American songs, pretending to be somehow supporting British values.

Plastic, parasitic and utterly pathetic.

At the very least an apologies and record correction.

Hang on, they already took it back with Brexit… did someone reclaim it again when they weren’t looking?

This is a lie.

There are many criticisms you might sensibly and truthfully make of the Sentencing Council and the Sentencing Guidelines. I’ve been making them for years.

But this is an outright lie. Pure fabrication. A fraud on the public.

How does this behaviour have no consequence?

The record should be corrected, fines for a public office deliberately misleading the public and resignations within the party.

They discredit themselves and all other parties by eroding trust in our elected officials.

Pretty sure this is a Thursday question! 😂

When we see four, i suspect the economy will be growing again.

When we see the camera man and editors enjoying biscuits, we will finally see wealth equality!

Not to make light of the editorial failure, but look how far Twitter lies now permeate in to normal discourse. We think we know about the racism but the utter contempt for truth since Musk bought the platform is deliberate & very dangerous. You can’t foment racism with fact checkers in the building.

Oh my god.

Have I Got News For You just referred to this completely false claim as a fact!!

I’m not Palestinian. I’m not Israeli.
I’m not from Manchester. But I am human.
And being human means my heart breaks
when innocent people are killed no matter
where, no matter who. Grief isn’t political.
Compassion doesn’t need a side. If you
still have empathy, hold onto it.

Douglas Barrowman and Michelle Mone's company, PPE Medpro, has just been ordered to refund the Government £122m from a PPE contract.

There are two very odd things about PPE Medpro that may affect the odds of the Government ever getting that £122m...

I have some smooth honey and am looking for sandwich ideas please ☺️

Any suggestions?

We need media accountability.

After all it’s the newspapers that platform these people and the social media sites that go unregulated allowing this to happen.

Freedom of speech should not be conflated with freedom from consequence.
seanmiller21.bsky.social
It’s almost like suppressing generations in the UK from being politically and media educated at a basic level is now starting to be a problem.

By pointing out he is the elite that he pretends not to be.

Hold up a mirror to what he says and make him answer questions about his actions. Don’t leave the question until it’s answered.

People like Mr. Farage hat accountability. It’s their Achilles Heel.

There seems to be some *confusion*
among Reform supporters over Nathan Gill being one of them

“But, but, Reform didn’t exist when he took his Russian bribes”

“But, but he was in UKIP”

“But, but it has nothing to do with Farage, he barely knew the guy”

So here’s a little history lesson 👍🏼🧵

I wonder if this guy is related to "Boris Johnson" who introduced "voter id" as Prime Minister in 2023 ... off the back of some crazy US conspiracy theories ... and in the process, made digital ID pretty much inevitable.
Johnson says he will never use government ID

Some things I saw recently that I think are cool:

— New Poszetka collection (fun, not too serious; cool overcoats)
— Anthology sport coat in Maison Hellard linen-silk (interesting fabric)
— Husbands Paris tailoring (love the pants)
— Wrangler 13MWZ jeans in Kurabo and Cone Mills raw selvedge denim
Four photos. The first shows a man wearing a bright Shetland sweater, neckerchief, and gray suit. The second shoes a man wearing a navy overcoat, blue jeans, brown sport coat, white shirt, and striped tie. The third shows a man wearing a brown checked tweed sport coat with blue jeans. The fourth shows a man wearing a brown herringbone tweed raglan overcoat with a white shirt and burgundy tie. Four photos. The first set shows a man wearing a brown linen-silk sport coat with flecks. He pairs it with a white-taupe striped shirt, burgundy foulard tie, and charcoal trousers. The second set shows the same single-breasted, notch lapel sport coat paired with a tan band collar shirt and white trousers. Two photos. The first shows a brown overcoat with reverse pleat at the back (like on Loden coats). The second shows a grey single-breasted sport coat with charcoal flared trousers and black shoes. Two photos. In both, the men are wearing a blue denim trucker jacket, white t-shirt, and blue jeans.
