I hope judge Yungwirth who ruled against the injunction to keep the Red Deer overdose prevention site open, realizes that her decision created the conditions in which Aaron Brown almost almost died.

Aaron Brown, who used the Red Deer supervised consumption site since it opened in 2018, sued the province to keep it open.
The judge said he couldn’t prove his right to safery was infringed. She allowed it to close.
He recently had a near-fatal overdose.

And Northback itself withdrew its project on December 8.
