A multibillion dollar company not being able/willing to comp one of their creators a few hundred bucks' worth of promised toys is disgraceful and embarrassing, frankly.
Hearing Roche received no free Earthspark toys despite being promised them is sad. Even if they didn't want to ship an expensive parcel across the Atlantic, you figure they could have pulled rank on local Hasbro and got a care package out.
