Two thirds of my interactions these days with all technology involves turning off shit I didn't ask for that actively makes my life worse.
If you use GMail, AI (Gemini) was turned on yesterday by default and now scans all of your content for machine learning. To turn off, go to Settings>General and scroll down. Uncheck the box for "Smart features."
There's other "Smart" add-ons as well, but that's the one that reads your content.

they made me late for work enough times i actually did get threatened with getting shit canned. explained every single time it was these god damned waymos. it was legit disrupting our schedule at work cuz sometimes they'd just sit and brick up blocking the only parking spot for blocks. that was neat
