My least favorite thing is how mainstream sports broadcasts have basically incorrectly taught everyone that “analytics” is a synonym for “always go for the most aggressive thing.” Or perhaps more accurately, “anything decision I don’t like is analytics.” It’s the sports linguistic version of “woke.”

I don't have the time to fully look it up right now, but I believe only five guys ever have led the Super Bowl winning team in receptions *and* receiving yards twice (Rice - 3x, Swann, Branch, Warfield) and now Kupp is the first player to do it for two different franchises.

It’s extremely weird that NBC followed the Super Bowl with coverage of Olympic skiing when they 100% knew Lindsey Vonn was gonna crash bad because the event happened hours ago.
