if someone says "content creation" when they talk about a work of art or cultural object. Thats a telltale sign that their intentions were always profit first and never about participating the historical passage of art, process and time. MFs dont even know what iterations mean.

I really love my dad and he mellowed out a lot as he got older but he was also like a straight boomer dude with a temper and now that he's gone and everybody i interact with is just really nice and considerate to me, i find the absence of a man who judges and sometimes yells at me weirdly unsettling

I didn't even know it *could* go up to S!

the moment I had in the basement hallway before that made me feel like I was at a late-00's gaming con again. I sat against the wall and talked and gamed with people I didn't know. It felt so comforting and simple. Loved that point in time.

random moment from the weekend -- I brought my GameBoy Advance SP (had it since middle school!) with me, along with 3 Bemani GameBoy games: DDR, BeatMania, and Pop'n Music!

I then had folks try their hand at the games. Stretch somehow got an S on one of the DDR songs, because of course he did XD

they should offer a paid service at airports where it's just a guy that holds your hand the second you step in the door and guides you around and makes sure you get to the right gate on time. and they rub your back gently and comfortingly if you get yelled at by security for being confused
