The New York Times reports that the Department of Homeland Security has sent Google, Meta, and other media corporations subpoenas for the names on accounts that criticize ICE enforcement. The department wants to identify Americans who oppose what it’s doing. I’ll save them time.

Well, #MetsSky is empty again. When I click the hashtag in a post, I see posts up to 3 hrs ago. When I click the link for the feed from my pinned link, I get a feed empty msg. This is getting tiresome, especially w/spring training underway. It was fine all day til now. My other pinned feed is fine.

I never thought I would see democracy on life support but here we are. #savedemocracy I should find some better hashtags to use.
An executive order isn’t the same as a law and can’t by itself change election rules set by Congress. Trump said on Truth Social that there “will be Voter I.D. for the Midterm Elections, whether approved by Congress or not,” and that he’d issue an executive order if the SAVE America Act fails.

Organizing all the accounts/people I follow into lists and am sad to see how many people stopped using BlueSky. I thought I was just missing their posts cuz my feed is so full. Some came here due to outrage over other services. Guess they got over it. #socialmedia

I'm frustrated. Some of my favorite news and political sources created BlueSky accts but stopped posting months ago. How can I give up fb which is where they post. Same for sports accts and sources without BlueSky accts.
