There’s no need to wait for the future @governorwalz.mn.gov . State & local police, investigators, prosecutors & grand juries can investigate now & arrest suspects as soon as there’s sufficient evidence even if more evidence is obtained later. Ya know, handle like suspects are unwealthy minorities.
