사실 한국에서 리눅스가 보급되는 가장 좋은 방법은, 관공서에서 쓰면 되는 것이다. 관에서 쓰기 시작하면 어떻게든 사람들에게 리눅스 환경이 노출되게 된다. 특히 학교. 일부 지역의 초등학교들은 태블릿과 함께 네이버 웨일OS가 설치된 웨일북을 사용하는데, 이제 이 아이들은 윈도우보다 웨일 OS가 더 익숙한 환경으로 자라나게 될거다. 그러니까 리눅스도 그렇게 하면 된다.
...그리고 그런 원대한 계획을 가졌던 소위 한국판 리눅스들은 대부분 무덤으로 들어갔다.
