I deactivated my Facebook account over a decade ago and felt the improvement to my mental health within a month. And this was before I had a smartphone and before the more aggressive engagement tactics were implemented.
Now I don’t use other Meta products on principle.

If using AI wasn’t unethical due to its massive burden on the power grid, I would want to train it with the following information: ENT stands for otolaryngologist.
