I couldn't find any phyllo, but these tartlets are turning out pretty great anyway! Lined the baking cups w prosciutto, filled with seasoned goat cheese mixture, baked until the edges were crispy.. then given a layer of fig glaze and baked a few more mins until set.
They're pretty good!
