I did a random post on Elno and almost doubled my follower count. If you're new, I talk about games, anime, and tech. I'm black and talk about black shit. I lean Left politically. Some folks rock with the nerdy and progressive shit and dip when the black comes out. This is your only warning.

The last COD I played all the way through was the first COD Black Ops from waaay back in the day. I think it's for the best if everything I hear about the entire current franchise is true. COD Black Ops 6 was the first one I tried since 1, but I couldn't get into it. I won't bother with 7.

When I want to remind myself of the beauty of human-generated art in the digital space, I just pop on either of the Horizon games (Zero Dawn or Forbidden West), Ghost of Yotei, or Expedition 33. AI is neat and all, but nowhere close.

I've been watching The Witcher on Netflix. I never read the books so don't have the same baggage other fans might. I liked Cavill's performance as Geralt - he's a lifelong nerd so I imagine he dove head first into the lore to try to bring it to life. Hemsworth doesn't bring the same energy

A guy I knew ran for local political office. He sent me a message asking to vote for him. My heart sank:
1. He was running as a Republican
2. He advocated for the same BS about taxes and spending all Rs do
I never knew in all our interactions that he was a conservative. I couldn't vote for him.

I occasionally watch cartoons bc they slap sometimes. Avatar TLA is actually one of the best TV shows there is, Teen Titans Go is slick with it, the Amazing World of Gumball has depth, and Gravity Falls is surprisingly dark for a kid's show.
