I will love Howard Jones voice and listen to every project he puts out (blood has been shed, sion, killswitch engage) but with Light The Torch it's been a case of steadily diminishing returns, the first two as The Devil You Know where great but they just get glossier from there

I was just thinking of this quote by Kurt Vonnegut the other night - “You meet saints everywhere. They can be anywhere. They are people behaving decently in an indecent society.”
There are so many people living lives of quiet dignity despite horrific medical news or poverty or tragedy where every day they still wake up and try to be good people in the world even as the world pushes against them and it makes me even angrier at the absolute shitheads that rule over things
