No legitimate government would allow what is taking place in the US.

We need to really get serious about removals.

They're ignoring the constitution, the very most important duty they have is to uphold and protect it.

Crimes against humanity, harming the innocent.

How do you justify that?!

Dismantle the Republican Party and Dissolve their subsidiary, the US Supreme Court.

Just MAYBE the line between social justice and economic justice is not as bright a line as what you obviously suppose it is. Perhaps you should consider that possibility just a little bit before dismissing it unthinkingly.

I’ve never been less interested in what Matt Taibbi and Bari Weiss have to say. But that started from a very low bar.
the federal government is arresting journalists not only without a warrant but after being explicitly denied a warrant

i wonder what our freedom of speech warriors like Matt Taibbi and Bari Weiss have to say about this

We did not properly punish the confederates. We did not properly punish the insurrectionists on January 6th. We have to punish ICE.

They can’t be allowed to slink back into their communities quietly. Expose them. Arrest them. Convict them. Imprison them.

The Supreme Court needs to be overridden. We as a free society. Do not have to put up with that shit. The Republican six has never acted in good faith. We owe them nothing but the fucking door.
The Supreme Court will just over ride it all

Is it my imagination or have conservative, Republican rhetoricians started a new propaganda campaign in which right wing trolls pose as liberals and encourage others to calm down, be more complacent, work with the fascists, not criticize fascists on moral grounds because that's self-righteous?

We’ve gone from labeling what’s been inflicted on us the past year with a fuzzy “truly nuts” to a more aggressive “utter lunacy” to a clinical-sounding “certifiably insane” to an ”absolutely fuckin’ insane,“ and now we’ve cycled back to “truly nuts.” The fascist part has remained steady on course.

Corruption on steroids throughout the Trump Administration. Especially embedded atop the so-called U.S. Department of “Justice “ Bondi and Todd Blanche belong in prison together forever, at a bare minimum. Possibly even longer.
On multiple fronts, the administration is weaponizing the power of law enforcement, from the FBI to ICE to the DOJ, to target blue states and counties and coerce them into taking actions that benefit the administration and punish those who don’t comply.
From Minnesota to Georgia, Trump’s plans to interfere in the midterms are becoming more dangerous
The seizure of ballots in Fulton County, Georgia, follows the DOJ’s demands for voter data in Minnesota.

I don't think people understand that if you shut down the government, ICE and CBP do NOT shut down. They're funded by supplemental money from the BBB. That's why dems are separating the DHS funding bill and asking for restrictions. I want them to demand a rescission of that funding or shut DHS down

Sometimes it is very, very, very difficult to figure out how many are equal to 2+2 =?. It could be literally anything. Depending, of course, on how much the authoritarian fascist want it to be, I suppose.
They also made this mistake with the Good killing - ‘But her wife was rude.’

Yes she arguably was, and that’s why they wanted to kill them.

Once again, the New York Times is at its very best when it does not realize the moral or political implications of what it is saying.

That’s what it means to have the best reporters, the largest newsgathering budget, yet to be absolutely morally vacant at its core as an institution. No offense.
As Greg points out, the Times thinks they're doing a dunk on Pretti, when actually they're providing evidence of *motive.* The ICE agents should be charged with Murder 1.
So the homicide was premeditated. Planned in advance. Agents knew they wanted to kill him, so they prepared for the opportunity and took it.

Thanks for helping NYT.
