insomnia has been back and worse than ever, maybe a month now? maybe longer? it's wild, I'm totally drained physically & mentally so I get in bed as early as I can, but the sheer exhaustion isn't enough to overcome my brain running uncontrollably nonstop, a wall of blank thoughts preventing rest
