this doesn’t make me happy to think about; i’m not naïve enough to imagine that i’ll be deemed “one of the good ones.” violence against imperial oppression generally takes the form, at least in part, of strikes against civilians. i do not believe this to be just, but i do believe it will happen

the united states lacks legitimacy and moral authority and has been running a bill of goods for almost a century now. if history is any guide, that bill will soon come due and be paid for in american blood, both from the guilty and the innocent

There are collectors out there who I suspect are psychic. They always manage to call with offers to buy art on days when I'm feeling down on my work, and I foolishly let some piece or another go because I'm tired of looking at it. Then, of course, I find I miss it. 2/3
