Today was a good day! I was able to lock in and get some tasks done, went on a lovely nature walk, snapped some pretty photos on said nature walk, discovered a new artist, ate a warm, delicious meal for dinner and sipped a cup of chamomile tea.

Loneliness and alienation, usually! It *can* be where someone feels compelled to build solid foundations but normally it’s just an area of life that feels more difficult, carries a certain heaviness to it & makes someone feel like they have to go at it alone

Even if you aren’t masking anywhere else it still makes sense to wear a mask in medical settings & pharmacies because there’s a greater chance of being close to someone contagious & there are more people who are at higher risk in these places. Masking in these settings both protects you & others.
I really think there should be a continued public health push to have people wear a mask in pharmacies and medical settings since that is where sick people and people who are higher risk can be found frequently. It has never made any public health sense to loosen those precautions.

One of the things that deeply saddens me is knowing that I won't be able to listen to all the music, read all the books, try all the food, and visit all the places that I want to in my lifetime. 😭😔💔
