What's worse is that they do it in a way that doesn't even benefit "homogenized culture."

They aren't replacing it with oatmeal. The trade off is nothing.

They have no beliefs. It's about performing for an audience. It's not even to further some greater ideology other than "against" and "destroy"

What I'm asking for isn't feasible lol.

But imagine a weird list of "no face commanders, no cards that reference the commander or command zone, and no legends that draw cards as commander." Style list.

It would get out of hand as a list and need too much public opinion on cards being allowed.

It would be nice if there was something that just excluded "made for commander" cards that didn't limit the pool too much. Similar to prEDH but with modern cards.

I understand the logistics of that as a list is too much... And determination would be impossible.

It isn't the UB that is the problem. It is the PUMP of sets. More sets... you get more cards focused at commander, more cards not getting fully play tested like nadu and Vivi.

I'd rather have a variant without cards "made with commander in mind" something like modern but for commander.

Short answer Voltron decks don't win but are fun. All non-basics are tap lands. And this commander might be fun with lots of slither blades instead of one big one.
