I’m a trans, disabled writer/photographer/music nerd.
I love poetry (but am currently focused on a magic horror novella).
Flowers are my favorite things. I shoot a mix of film (Yashica-A) & digital (Olympus PEN E-PL1).

Two more events this month and then I am done with book-travel until January. Next week Boston (see flier for details), then Madison on Nov 22. (Flier coming soon.) If you live in one of those places I would like to read poems to you with my actual mouth.

We GAINED an hour (supposedly), and it was still dark in the morning and dark by 5 PM and the rain is cold like the broken shower at the rec center. You know the one. My neighbors had their fireplace going before I left the driveway. Good luck everyone.
listen, i don’t wish ill will on guard members, but if you send the texas national guard to the pacific northwest in the long dark, you are sending those people to die. it was dark when i got on the bus to work, it was dark when i got on the bus to go home and the rain is like the movie SEVEN

It took me all day to realize that I typed “life” instead of “lift”. Also using text to speech defaulted to “Lyft”. What an amazing time to be alive.
Hard morning filled with low feelings.
My cat is on my tummy, warm, content, purring.
I have poems and stories to send and more poems in my head. Sometimes I wish my own words could life me up.
