Demons have been absolute troopers after a very hectic & long day getting up here to start. I don't have an expectation for them to be resilient just a hope they can continue to tolerate the changes as they come & there's still plenty coming in the days weeks months ahead. Love you guys xoxo

It is not unique in my lifetime to have muscle spasms. It is not unusual that I would have them during down time this last week. What is new is questioning whether several of em didn't just ripple effect up the hamstring? Ima start journaling this bs i swear
