I've said it dozens of times. City government should put up live cams around the ICE facilities, the downtown area, and have them broadcast live feed, 24/7, on the city's website so people can go look for themselves whenever they wish.

Idaho Freedumb Foundation freaks out over Qatari military facility in Mountain Home.

To me, this is the least objectionable part of the plan and actually weakens our ties with Israel. Many on the left are having a knee jerk reaction against. The xenophobic right is reacting like it's over the line.

I did not. I was too busy wiping down every surface in the area. Blood spatter on a white wall, or white stair railing is not as pretty as it might sound. Not to mention, the wood flooring, the wood door, and the entry way rug. One little cut on one little boxer ear = so. much. blood.

Kind of off topic story. Axel got an small ear injury at daycare. They wrapped it up and he was fine when I brought him home. I took the bandage off and it wasn't bleeding so I didn't put another on. Then he was playing and bumped it and shook his head and my entry was was immediately a crime scene.

Hegseth sucks. The Qataris suck. But we aren’t giving Qatar an airbase in Idaho. It’s building dorms etc. at an existing base to train them on F-15s we sold them, just like Singapore already has there. Common arrangement we have with lots of countries. This one was already being planned under Biden.

Yeah. I mean, I don't know how questionable it is. The US has a major military base in Qatar that is central to all operations in the Middle East, so I guess I don't see providing a training facility at an Air Force base in the US as being a huge deal.
