Format your calls/letters in whatever way

2. While still articulating the info you need to get across

Theres no MLA format for this! Write in crayon if thats what works!

When youre writing letters or making phone calls to paypros/reps, its worth remembering that you dont have to stick to 1 style of formatting the info.

You dont gave to write a proper letter with an opening argument, main body and conclusion. You can write a numbered list or bullet points. Its fine!
