Yes, but it is grossly damaging to the environment.

Think of the cycle. Design, print, ship, sort, distribute, deliver, and then the majority goes unread and some gets recycled.

It is the low hanging fruit of green plans to ban this practice.

Davis-Monthan AFB has had foreign training on occasion, Tyndall AFB frequently hosts foreign units, and I know Luke AFB has done the same.

This is hardly unusual.
