City of Los Angeles - new Executive Directive. Biggest points are: LAPD to document name of supervisory ICE agent on scene, LAPD to film ICE, City to determine βimpact feeβ (tax) on private property owners allowing ICE use, and ALL City contractors have to disclose DHS contacts.
