This explains the last 30 years of America. Nothing else is required.

Jeff Bezos just got a $16 billion tax break. He just laid off 60,000 people.

The Trump administration’s release of the Epstein grand jury documents are entirely redacted.

It’s 119 pages of just black rectangles.

So he’s taken away their housing subsidies and returned it to them as income…that will now be taxed as income. This stunt *costs* members of the military money. This isn’t a bonus, it’s a penalty.
So… he’s giving them their own money?

Where’s the tariff money?

The level of malignant narcissism constantly on display is staggering for anyone much less an important public figure.
I’m not even going to publish a copy of Trumps comments about Reiner and his wife. But occasionally he reminds me that he is simply one of the worst, most degenerate individuals who has ever existed in American public life. Hard to think of any more vicious, vile and sociopathic.

Shocked by the awful death of Rob Reiner. I spoke with him for over an hour last night. We talked about his work and his plans for the future. I always enjoyed his company. We met at his Dad's in 1975. Last thing he said to me was "See you next year.." Such a terrible end. Such a sweet man.

Well, this is one possible explanation for why he tells every woman he meets that he wants to suck their breasts.
RFK Jr: "All of the ingenuity of corporate America has not produced an infant formula that is superior in nutrition and all the qualities that we want to the infant formula that God made, which is the infant formula in a mother's breast."

Thirty years ago today, the scientist Clair Patterson passed away. He campaigned tirelessly and effectively to remove lead from gasoline, paint, pipes, and food cans. The drop in violent crime that correlates with this change? Massive.
Science hero.

I appreciate there are challenges to covering a sociopath who genuinely has no idea how anything works and is utterly incapable of human empathy, but the U.S. journalistic failures of this era are no less legendary

Notice how many movies the last couple of years have a villain that is a billionaire? The ultra-rich are winning every battle in the real world but, gosh darn it, people are fighting them like all get out in our streaming content.

Of course they won’t release the full Epstein Files in December. C’mon, they’re currently hiding the Jobs Report, the Inflation Report, and the GDP Report. Read the room, man.

So why is the US acting as Putin’s stenographer/delivery boy? I know Trump worships Putin but have a little dignity, man. What a humiliation for America.
Been driving for a couple hours. Just got online. Lemme see if I understand. US has been pushing a Ukraine plan for a few days. After some pushback, US Secy of State reveals that in fact it's a Russian plan that was presented to the US. Helluva a misunderstanding.

It’s not a “US plan”, it’s Moscow’s plan, dictated to guilty men in the White House. Setting aside the injustices being pushed on Ukraine, this would be a disaster for European security & guarantee a war with 🇷🇺 in a few years, in which, presumably, 🇺🇸 and 🇷🇺 are on the same side.

Everyone should be prepared for a letdown about the release of the Epstein files. The measure that passed congress permits documents to be withheld if their release might threaten the work of an active federal investigation. /1

Packers staff game planning for next week... "We are simply running out of new ways to self-destruct. Can't we...I don't know...work a trapeze or maybe a small gathering of skunks into the offense? Anything to freshen it up a bit. How about covering our players in snail slime? Is that anything?"
