Our discovery that there were numerous basic errors in the response to an important emergency habeas petition we filed let to another discovery: they had done it before, and a local judge had even warned them about using AI to write briefs seeking to jail people.

I went to immigration court in Seattle to observe the kids docket. These children, some as young as three years old, are expected to understand complex legal processes and represent themselves in court.
