Bskyers of a certain age may recall recoiling in horror when the Bush Administration took some existing chunks of government and rolled it into a new security apparatus called The Department of Homeland Security because the word "Homeland" was so Nazi-ish.

Now two decades later, here we are....
Time for the US to Dump the Word "Homeland"
In 1934, at the Nazi party’s big coming-out event, they introduced the term “homeland.”…

Karoline may yet regret being such a pick-me girl....
As Karoline Leavitt concludes her press briefing and walks off, @andrewfeinberg.com asks: "What was the president doing with Virginia Giuffre for hours at Epstein's house?"

She did not respond.

Today in WTF, I was approached by a digital agency about doing some executive ghostwriting. After replying, I spent several hours pondering the possibilities of adding this agency to my client roster. Then we talked money, and I was told my expectations were too high -- they max out at $22 per hour!

So much for the "we did it so people can get fed" excuse from the 8 Dems who gave it all away yesterday.

What, empty promises from the liars??🙄

Things you do get to choose; Whether or not to be an arsehole to someone about any of these things.

Zohran Mamdani won NYC Mayor while unapologetically:
-Calling Israel's siege on Palestinians a genocide
-Upholding ICC's warrant to arrest Netanyahu
-Upholding BDS as a legitimate form of free speech
-Demanding Palestinian self-determination
-Securing a plurality of Jewish voters

Having beliefs, acting on them and having a plan for delivering for regular people works! Least common denominator, triangulated bullshit, talking a big game & not actually doing anything real, being donor-pilled & addicted to consultant word salad = it’s all is easily spotted & nobody wants it!
I think a lot of people have been noticing this over the past couple years but courage and conviction wins people over. Drawing lines and plotting indifference curves to figure out what you believe in turns them off
