This app did the thing yet again where it updated itself and turned โ€œRequire alt text before postingโ€ off, so if you have that set, go into Settings > Accessibility and turn it back on (and if you donโ€™t have it set, I recommend doing that)

"Mommy said no snacks after 8pm. Should society intervene?"
๐Ÿ“ข โ€œA huge amount of men between the age of 15 and 50 will not pass on their genes. They will effectively die out of the gene pool ... Should society intervene?โ€ Steven Bartlett asked last year.

Artists have always loved to sketch!

Sketch of a sparrow from Egypt dated c. 1479โ€“1458 BC.

Some 3,500 years ago in Egypt, artists used flakes of limestone as sketchpads!

Is this code for "we can't come up with even a paper-thin excuse to add AI to it"??
Called and spoke with Adobe customer support and the guy told me Adobe is discontinuing Animate because apparently the company can't think of any new features to add to the program and they feel it's gotten stale.

So they're just GETTING RID OF IT???

If anyone else wants an Adobe Animate alternative, I canโ€™t recommend Moho enough. Itโ€™s affordable, itโ€™s efficient, itโ€™s been used in feature films from Cartoon Saloon like Wolfwalkers, and the best partโ€ฆNO Ai whatsoever.

Opposition to data centers appears to be an issue that can bring a bunch of different people together. Let's do it! Broad coalitions are needed to take on oligarchs.
I'm in Arkansas, and the response to data centers here has been enlightening. Too many people got burned by crypto miners dumping a shipping container full of servers running 24/7 in their backyard, and now they want blood. It's a very broad coalition of people.
4. Iโ€™ve spent some time tracking and attending local populist responses to ai data centers. Despite some critiques from left that itโ€™s all repackaged โ€œnimby bullshitโ€ (as Iโ€™ve been told), I have seen organic multiracial coalitions on this issue. Esp. in places with strong environmental racism orgs

We need to stop calling it "vibe coding" when it's actually "slot machine coding" where any success is just dumb luck after you've pulled the arm so many times and even then, it's usually a partial success at best. Waste of electricity!
Cursor vibe coded a web browser with GPT-5.2. They released the millions of lines of code. It didn't compile. It used major browser components coded by humans. The vibe coded sections were a mess. pivot-to-ai.com/2026/01/27/c...

The men and women emailing with Epstein are the exact same people who believe that you shouldnโ€™t have access to womenโ€™s and gender studies. Ask yourself why.
I need people to understand that itโ€™s not just Epstein, itโ€™s the entire rape culture that existed before and after him at every socioeconomic level. Thatโ€™s why Epstein, who Iโ€™ve never thought was particularly smart or interesting, was able to pull this all offโ€”he recognized how abuse functions

โ€œAt a certain point of wealth, what is being pursued seems not to be wealth, but the ability to make other people suffer. What's being pursued is immunity from human decency; the ability and even the right to be depraved with impunity.โ€
Today I wrote about the Epstein files, the abusiveness intrinsic to the billionaire mindset, and our culture's enabling instinct to permit depravity as a privilege of power.

"Where does it all end?" That's what's often asked. Rarely asked is "how do we end it?"

A "leftist feminist" arguing that the victims are liars and it wasn't so bad?? If you believe this hello I have a sea port on Saskatchewan that I can sell you for a cool million bucks, a genuine steal! Fuck Neil Gaiman and his sock puppet or superfan either way super gross & obvious!
Havenโ€™t seen this little nugget of spam before
February 3, 2026 at 3:49 PM
They really did try to claim "his victims may not have been TOTALLY at his mercy with literally no other recourse so it must have been consensual!" like was this person born yesterday? But also already totally soaked in society's misogyny? A medical miracle!(derogatory)

Neil Gaiman is slinking back onto Bluesky, the wet little turd, so be warned everyone. He's protesting his innocence by linking to a "journalist's" substack (๐Ÿ‘€) that's claiming shows evidence of his innocence. I took the hit so you don't have to, it's an anonymous load of bollocks.
February 2, 2026 at 9:28 PM
The overly-long intro claiming to not be a Neil fan but they just randomly decided to spend 6 months of their time writing this absurd victim-blaming monstrosity, SUPER BELIEVABLE ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ’ฉ totally not a Scientology hit piece or superfan struggling with cognitive bias and losing!
