Spooky season is upon us, so I'm starting my annual thread.

#1. FINAL DESTINATION (2000). Never seen any of these, so Jess and I are going through them with the goal of eventually getting to the new one. This was fun! Looking forward to watching more.

The Mailbox That Spits Bones At People

#3. SCANNERS (1981). Not a fan of early, pre-Videodrome Cronenberg, unfortunately. A whole lot of formalism in service of very little, and lacking charismatic performances with Ironside being shelved for most of the movie. The rare Cronenberg that I actually wish was way schlockier.
