Most of the west, not just Biden or US did that. But Trump is directly unhelpful thou, even hostile. Just not towards Russia...

Whats needed is a strong leadership, and not all the undermining that Trump, Orban, Fico etc are doing. That is really prolonging the war, ie giving Russia "hope"
