The idea today was to take an old mechanical pencil and use it to scribble out the first few panels to convey a sense of speed. Somewhere along the way I also turned it all into a speedrunning analogy lol.

We get a loaf of Gâteau Mollet once in a while. I always wait a few days so my family can have their share. Well, a week or more has passed, so I decided to get to work. Waste not, want not? I ate two pieces after midnight, lights turned off. I went back today - all of the bread is COVERED IN MOLD!

Micro-memoir called "Buglecore" Sales finally ballooned for Bugle Boy when they released Countdown, their signature line of tight-fit zipper-coated parachute pants. That was eighty-four; a year later, I was born. Something new is always beginning. U Can’t Touch This blew up when I turned five, but the clock on nylon pants was already quarter to midnight. The inventory was suddenly closet crud. Waste and a waste of warehouse space. Enchantment ends suddenly. I only remember their denimn. While particles of dust loafed through the hazy yellow light, with clumsy child's fingers I held the front flap of my indigo overalls close to my puffy morning eyes and fumbled the shoulder strap buckle. BUGLE BOY was embossed the steel buttons, racing the inner circumference like Hot Wheels. There was a last time I wore Bugle Boy. As there is a last time for all things. The whole brand scratched when I left junior high. I didn't learn that for three decades. Analysts said the company didn't innovate, and so it died.
