“Living in the united states is a mindfuck. Lies are the currency here.

From birth, you are misled, and misinformed, manipulated and maladjusted until violence becomes your status quo.
Every once in a while, they get it right on that show.

As soon as they make the agreement, they break it.
"a test"? you mean...a violation?

Politicians who meet fascists half way, are just fascists.

Newsom is all about publicity & nothing about integrity.

It’s been depressing watching American ppl hero-worship a power crazed sell-out. It’s not just Kimberly Guilfoyle & cosmetic surgery he has in common with the Trumps. READ this:
1. Yesterday, the press gave Gavin Newsom favorable coverage for signing pro-LGBTQ+ bills.

Little noticed, however, was that he vetoed one of the most important ones: a bill allowing trans people 12 month HRT stockpiles, protecting them from federal threats.

The bill would have allowed transgender people to maintain a safe supply of medication in the era of government crackdowns on care.

“Patrek Chase, kidney transplant program director at Parkland Health in Dallas, claimed that patients at his hospital – which generally serves a poorer population – were passed over for a healthy organ in favor of patients at UT Southwestern Medical Center, which generally helps the affluent.”

This was the money shot. Best photo of the whole batch, in my opinion.

The documentary I made with Miss Major 10 years ago is on Vimeo on Demand. If you want to spend some time with her on screen tonight and learn some abolitionist trans history while you're at it, it's free to rent with the code "shinebright" vimeo.com/ondemand/major

The award-winning documentary "MAJOR!" follows the life and campaigns of Miss Major Griffin-Gracy, a Black transgender elder who has been fighting for…

I'm just rambling and becoming more and more aware that someone might read this.

I'm not sure if that's a good thing. I'm not sure it needs to be a good thing.

The uncertainty of it all is anxiety inducing.

Meh.
I know a lot of this is the feeling of being in limbo, waiting for the next terrible thing to happen and wondering if that's the thing that will finally break me.

I'm tired of fighting, but I'm also not ready to stop. It's a rough place to exist.
And I know that talking about it on social media isn't the way to manage it. Sometimes, I just want to get it out so that I don't feel like I'm letting it fester in me.

Sometimes, just sharing it aloud eases the burden.

But that's not an answer. It's not a solution.
I got a lot of despair. Sometimes, it grips me so hard that I feel like I'm suffocating in it. Other times, I just detach from my feelings enough to convince others that I'm okay.

I'm not okay and haven't been for a while.
Like american gladiators. Heh
This story has some absolutely brutal quotes and lines.

There is no measured way to say what I am about to say.

If the Supreme Court agrees with the Trump administration to end birthright citizenship, we must end this current Supreme Court.

I do not say this lightly.

And kindness is not weakness.

If you see fashy people attacking Black people, or immigrants, or trans folk, it's not kindness to say, "We should all get along!"🤡

That's weakness.

It's kindness to put yourself between the people with less power than yourself, and the people that want to hurt them.

Periodic reminder: Hate takes effort to maintain.

If it weren't for constant effort by fashy people to lie about Black folk, Brown folk, women, immigrants, trans folk, etc, that most people would choose *not* to support fashy people.

Fascism requires an ongoing cost. Kindness is free!
And then there are the ones who seek to expand it, especially when they aren’t directly affected by it.
The thing I find most interesting is how no matter how wrong, cruel, or destructive an actions is, if someone can see an individual benefit in it, many will not just allow it, but work to facilitate it rather than try to stop it.
When you have a society built on extracting intellectual and physical labor from its people while routinely and ritualistically erasing their identities and destroying their communities, it is doomed.
LL is funny as hell. He just be saying anything.

When Sean on Hot Ones asked him what pink cookies in a plastic bag meant and he just laughed for a full 10 seconds and said he didn't know cuz he was high...

I love him. He's a complete weirdo.
That's how you know the team was white as hell.
Don lemon said they ran Kamala Harris campaign like she was a white woman trying to appeal to black people
