WTF? I’d add rice and no meat. Beans and rice are a great protein source and do not need fatty hamburger. People are astoundingly ignorant of nutrition. Cheaper still are dried beans and they aren’t filled with sugar and salt.

You inspired us ages ago. This year we went into a coop venture with a local family and expanded our garden. Through trading we now have a source for things we don’t grow which includes salmon. We ended up buying a freezer. We could harvest our chickens if necessary.

I'm not sure when white people ever wanted to share a national identity or national purpose with Black folks, but maybe I missed those few weeks.

In fact, I'm not sure when white people shared a gotdamn thing with anyone but themselves.
