a huge differentiating factor is that leftists simultaneously fight for universal healthcare, housing, and basic income. so, if all the goals are met, these people can't continue to do harm but will still have the ability to live full, healthy lives

picked up Final Girl and The Hunter “film” on a whim and i am obsessed with this game

each game is based on a classic horror movie, with you trying to survive a scenario against a famous monster (IP friendly, of course)

this is the Terminator “film”. i already have The Thing and Alien on the way

Spirit Island is a game about being a spirit that scares and then murders the british. it’s tight.

fundamentally an anti-colonialist game, it’s a reverse 4X where you’re trying to get rid of an “opponent” that’s playing a euro-style worker placement game

i think it's great! i really do! it's just as mechanically perfect as the first, i love all the characters, i think the writing is tremendous. but i'm just not playing it.

granted, i felt this way about Spelunky 2, as well. so maybe studios just get one really great roguelike outta me?

Hades 2 is very much feeling like a you can't go home again moment for me. Hades is a top 10, maybe top 5 game for me - and certainly the newest to break into that list. and Hades 2 is just that, but more! i should be enamored.

instead, i find myself having to remind myself to play it.
