Breaking character: I am open to the idea the media's coverage of Biden's age and mental acuity was fair or perhaps not even tough enough. But the fact that it was so much tougher than the coverage of Trump's (more severe) mental decline is damning and I can't see how anyone could argue otherwise.

I guess Republicans can't write their own legislation now? Democrats have to lower their wants to what some Republicans might sign off on? If Republicans want a 1 year clean extension of the ACA they can write their own bill. 🙄

lmao. reading the opinion on the Texas gerrymander, the court, reasonably, ruled that (a) the Trump admin had sent Texas a letter demanding that it dismantle districts based entirely on their racial makeup; (b) that Texas acknowledged this as their motivation when they did this; (c) this is racist.

If Trump really changed his mind on the Epstein files, he could just order Bondi to release them. No vote needed. The whole "legally required to" line is instructions to hide the parts he doesn't want to get out, hidden under the "we need these files for our selective vindictive prosecutions" line.

Although I am enjoying this fight. Marge would rather go full conspiracy theory than accept Trump has his own reasons for hiding the Epstein files. There's some Jewish Space Laser lady thinking to go from we just found out Trump's name is all over the Epstein files to AIPAC is behind the cover-up.
