perfectly fair; after reviewing the article, it seems that using the med on a weekly basis to prevent irritation at an injection site doesn't have any real reason for concern, due to the slower rate of use decreasing the concentration issues that seem to be the primary red flag that they were waving

lol, idk how good it is as an allergy med or not, all i know is that the doctors told me to use it, and since using it, the inflammation at the injection site has stopped 😅

My favorite tried-and-true resistance tactic: Being Extremely Fucking Annoying.

Newspaper clipping headlined "!2 Boys Rout Fascists." Twelve boys, some of them less than 10 years old, went to Weymouth beach and barracked Mr. Robert Saunders, a Fascist speaker. He ignored them, so they went away and returned with toffee tins half filled with stones. Using the tins as rattles, they made so much noise that Mr. Arthur England, a 63–year–old Weymouth magistrate and superintendent of the beach, approached to stop them. A crowd of holidymakers, sympathising with the children, booed Mr. England, and a sock filled with sand caught behind the ear. In the sand battle that followed the Fascists were pelted off the beach.

im on subq e, so it's not the same situation, but when i mentioned to my doc that the injection sites often looked irritated, he suggested taking a benadryl 30 mins before injecting, to suppress the immune reaction that can cause those reactions, and havent had any since i started doing that

you can inject valerate on a 5 day schedule to reduce the impact of the troughs, as they typically begin at that mark

I have no particular stance on whether estrogen would have saved Shinji, but I'm looking at it from the family dynamic angle, and... well, Jesus Christ. On a good day, Shinji already looks like a teenage soft butch version of Yui Ikari - can you imagine how Gendo would react to his "son" slowly morphing into his dead wife?

lol, this should have been a no-brainer, it's long been known that testosterone and estrogen change how proteins are expressed, but it's good to have it scientifically quantified in the case of trans folx.
