For years I’ve maintained that the only thing that will make him lose his base is if he actually, literally shits his pants in a public way. Hopefully this one wasn’t too subdued. Either way, I’m sure there’ll be more.

One of my cousins is a fairly prolific SM poster. Some random semiliterate dickhead left a vulgar reply on one of her posts, and I just got trapped in a timesuck reading his profile and posts. It was both hilarious and tragic; these people should be easy to defeat, but the cancer has metastasized.

One of my cousins is a fairly prolific SM poster. Some random semiliterate dickhead left a vulgar reply on one of her posts, and I just got trapped in a timesuck reading his profile and posts. It was both hilarious and tragic; these people should be easy to defeat, but the cancer has metastasized.
One of the problems is the people who could benefit most from a fleeting moment of self-reflection, of asking ‘Is it me? Am I the asshole? Should I be trying something different?’, are probably the least likely to actually do that.

It’s not just that they are murdering people who are peacefully protesting, it’s that they then stand in front of the cameras and slander the victims by telling us that what we see on the videos didn’t happen.

It’s getting really hard to follow my self-imposed rule of not engaging in political talk at work. At least a few of them are *starting* to come around? Maybe? If not joining my tribe, at least starting to see that the leadership of theirs is rotten?

I have a couple coworkers who are so close to getting it… but they always end by saying “still better than Kamala.” I’m going to start asking them “How? What was in K’s agenda that was worse than this?” I know they’re struggling to rationalize their vote in light of what’s going on, but Jesus…

I gave up hope of anyone ever being held accountable years ago. But if this is true, this is damning for the agency. This is the document people looking for a restraining order dream of. This *should* get bipartisan outrage and officials impeached. But I’m keeping my expectations low.

SUBJECT: Utilizing Form I-205, Warrant of Removal
On January 20, 2025, President Donald J. Trump issued Executive Order 14159, Protecting the American People Against Invasion, directing the Secretary of Homeland Security to "ensur[e] the successful enforcement of final orders of removal." 90 Fed. Reg. 8443, 8444 (Jan. 20, 2025) (E.O. 14159). Essential to the removal of aliens subject to final orders of removal is the ability to locate and arrest them. To this end, certain supervisory immigration officers within both Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) are authorized to issue an administrative warrant, Form I-205, Warrant of Removal (Form 1-205), for the arrest of an alien with a final order of removal. 8 C.F.R. § 241.2(a)(1). All U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) special agents and deportation officers are authorized to execute Forms 1-205. 8 C.F.R. § 287.5(e)(3)(iii) - (y)
Although the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has not historically relied on administrative warrants alone to arrest aliens subject to final orders of removal in their place of residence, the DHS Office of the General Counsel has recently determined that the U.S. Constitution, the Immigration and Nationality Act, and the immigration regulations do not prohibit relying on administrative warrants for this purpose. This is absolutely excessive force. In a competent law enforcement agency, this would be internally and criminally investigated, the officer would be fired, prosecuted, go to prison and be sued. This isn’t a training issue; this is internal institutional rot. This agency needs to be eliminated.

Note: it’s actually a hoshinsul class, which is a separate martial art from taekwondo, which focuses on self-defense. But since it’s at a taekwondo dojang, they’re both Korean and my kid and wife take taekwondo classes there, I’ll probably just keep referring to it as taekwondo for ease of clarity.

This is not only cowardice, it’s so blatantly, so clearly excessive force. State and local cops would get fired, arrested and sued for doing this. I cannot wait for the day when criminal and civil accountability hits these mfers like an unjustified blast of pepper spray to their eyes.

And when you arrest them, you take them for a jail clearance at the hospital, and book them for an actual crime that you had probable cause to make an arrest for. Then you document the incident in a report, with your name on it. You articulate what your arrestee did that justified your use of force.

So… in an actual professional agency, any use of force has to be justified and documented. There’s no scenario where you pepper spray, tase, baton-strike or even just take someone down without weapons and just casually get in the car and drive away. If you use force on someone, you arrest them.
