I had a good idea today.

The bus I’m on has waited at several empty bus stops because it’s running early yet he has still driven right by two people wanting him to stop.

I think a demon is driving.

So when are the grifter “here’s how I use AI every day without losing my skills in X” podcasts coming
We can't really say this enough...

> Anastasia Berg [at UCL Irvine] said that new research — and what she's hearing directly from colleagues across various industries — shows that employees who heavily rely on AI are losing core skills at a startling rate.

I rarely watch documentaries.

For some reason though, my podcast diet is all non-fiction, NEVER fiction.

Huh. Two headlines I’ve seen today.

The fact they need an inquiry sort of sums up the problems that start in Primary School and with the curriculum.

The amount of people I know wanting to make a living from being an author makes me think there a lot of people who don’t realise how few authors make a living from being an author.

But I do like watching dog training videos.

Every opposition player should take it turns after the game in going up to Guardiola, putting their arm around him and very aggressively give him their opinion. Every game.

I very much do not want to do anything today.

Maybe read my book?

Make some nice food?

I was kinda nervous about giving this speech TBH. I don't usually get nervous about public speaking but going to a fancy Washington DC event and talking about fascism and why AI sucks felt like a lot honestly. I was so relieved people seemed to like it.

They should do the World Cup like the FA Cup.
All 211 international teams in a pot and draw out randomly.
Start on 1st Jan and then play games throughout year ending in early December. Final in different country each year.
Once you’re out, you plan your other boring friendlies.

I want to very gently say something, and I hope nobody will be mad: If somebody on the internet says something that is NOT about politics and NOT about how terrible everything is, it’s a kindness not to reflexively make a comment (in jest or not) that brings it back to those things.

This, however, was not a good example of clear cheating evidence.
