I'm not sure how to take the responses to my "quiet piggy" post. I am choosing to believe you think @seand.me.uk is a dog, and not that someone would really call ME a piggy!

Trying a M&S Thai green curry paste pot in tonight's dinner. Not optimistic as I've previously found M&S sauces rather insipid. Have, so far, added garlic, ginger, chilli, lemongrass (grown by me 😁). Pondering a second green curry pot.
