Peacemaker really has one of the few unskippable opening credits sequences. Also, with The Boys, Watchmen (tv and original comic) and Invincible, the superhero critique franchises remain much better than the original superhero content

Yikes, but yeah, probably people in your friends list do (for whatever reason, could be research) and/or you fit some part of the demo of someone who would (I mean, me too, it'll give it a go, we just are more likely to notice it and go "EURGH, NO THANKS")

Still unconvinced that your phone is listening to you – it doesn't need to, and most people have no cookie/general online hygiene. Especially if you use LLMs, any marketplace, and you never VPN, your phone doesn't need to listen to you. It's a vaguely targeted gun firing into a barrel of fish

After getting served an ad for a saxophone mouthpiece this morning on FB and thinking about "targeted ads" and people's ongoing theory their phone must be devoting unnecessary server time listening to & processing our speech to serve us ads, this is what I have seen in the last 3 mins of scrolling

An ad for "CorrectToes" which are toe spaces to "align and strengthen your toes"

An ad featuring "a busy mum of two" using "Minbie" a small baby bottle washer and steriliser

An ad from a page called "Perth mum vibes"

An ad for an "all-in-one" wearable breast pump
