As MPs prepare to debate Russian interference, the government could choose transparency and call a full independent inquiry.

Here's why that's necessary: citizensreunited.substack.com/p/britain-st...

Why does the global economy need to end its obsession with GDP growth?

1️⃣ Growth does not equal wellbeing and equity

2️⃣ We are far from decoupling the stock of atmospheric carbon dioxide from economic growth

Rising GDP continues to mean more carbon emissions and wider damage to the planet. Can the two be decoupled?

Shocking. Ban X in UK. Nothing less will have any impact.

This week, an X user created an AI video of me being chloroformed and prepared for rape.

Victims are told it's not real and they're getting offended for no reason.

But nudification tools are weapons of sexual assault, and the harm they cause is real 👇

Same here.

Not sure if we know the comparable figures for the UK.

The combined cost of Long COVID and ME/CFS on the German economy, largely due to productivity losses and reduced workforce participation, was estimated at €63.1 billion in 2024, or roughly 1.5% of the nation's GDP.

#LongCovid
“Nearly 2% of the adult workforce in the U.S. is unable to work because of ME/CFS or long COVID, costing the economy between $30-50 billion annually in lost productivity and health care costs.”

🙋‍♀️

Me. Right here. Lost productivity.

And no, I had no prior history.

And no, I can’t try harder.
