Me too, elite plant-based diet, very fit and healthy, a bit athletic even.

Covid doesn't care. Long Covid is not a dietary deficiency.

New research shows children and adolescents face a significantly higher risk of Long Covid after COVID-19 reinfection, while the @ukhsa.bsky.social reports 🦠 activity is rising and circulating at medium levels.
The risks are ongoing we cannot look away.

I'm sure you're all over this, but my last one I didn't test positive until Day 5 (and didn't test negative till Day 10).

Last I saw from a week or two back was that flu and I think RSV levels were very low, but Covid was everywhere and accelerating rapidly.
