he was super nauseous this morning and I tackled it from a:
1. medicine for nausea and then medicine for nervous system
2. managing the anxiety by grounding techniques, talking, reassurance
3. light distraction - yt vids about games

This is literally all my own guess work at this point, but many research/journal articles I've read about some of these things and the more I'm reading about the nervous systems.. it's making sense. He's had a life of stress/trauma, which fuck up the body so bad (stomach especially!!)..

Almost 48 hrs since Zachery has been sick!! He's making himself breakfast even..

So I'm pretty sure it's a central nervous system issue and an autonomic nervous system issue, and he's sensitive to sensory overload/overwhelm, then sensitive to stomach acid sitting in tummy for long periods.
