There are *frequent* mudslinging commercials about Omar Fateh on cable and streaming. I have never seen this for a #Minneapolis Mayoral race before. No commercials pro any candidate; just smearing this one. It's wild. Look how shaken up the folks with money to burn are about this candidate.

The dual state is characterized by the facade of normalcy obscuring the fact of an authoritarian state.

The “dual state” theory was invented to describe Nazis. The Supreme Court could take us there.

Authoritarianism—but make it look like the rule of law.

the motion picture "tron" used a lot of scifi shorthand for the digital world but one part that interestingly lines up with real world computer science is that if you ever write a computer program it is alive and it looks like you and it might fall in love with your boyfriends program in there too
