Nearly half a dozen agents wrestling one individual to the ground and then one of them just starts shooting in the dog pile, steps back and unloads on the guy on the street.

There's an occupying force of masked goons murdering innocent people in the streets of Minneapolis because they've been told they are completely above the law.
If initial reports are true, they shot someone who they'd wrestled to the ground. Potentially an observer. These agents must be arrested and brought to justice.
